Why is it that so many, if not all Republicans were fooled by President Bush and the war with Iraq? Lets Talk.
During a private two-hour meeting in the Oval Office on Jan. 31, 2003, he made clear to Prime Minister Tony Blair of Britain that he was determined to invade Iraq without the second resolution, or even if international arms inspectors failed to find unconventional weapons, said a confidential memo about the meeting written by Mr. Blair's top foreign policy adviser and reviewed by The New York Times.
A front-page New York Times article this morning about a meeting between President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair on Jan 31, 2003, is receiving substantial international attention. It gets even more interesting when contrasted with what the two men told the press when they emerged from the closed-door session.
This President has caused the death of over 2000 men and women who serve our armforces and disabled over 15,000. What say you America?
Don't you think that it is time for our House and Senate to get real answers as to why this man took our Country to war and caused such a deficit with the money used to pay for his war of choice.
Now President Bush and his administration are asking you to believe that the media is giving bad news about the war, and infact things are OK in Iraq. Now if you fall for this one, you are not for America. You are for a man, President Bush and a Party, The Repubilican party, not our Country.
It's time to stop being fooled by this man and this party and start to believe in what you now know to be true, by voting out his Republican friends this November and let someone else try to run this country the right way.

Yeah, I really wonder WHY no republican in the entire world had the brains to see through this man and his lies. Libs weren't just LUCKY when they disbelieved him! We actually saw a lack of convincing evidence paired with a very high motive. Cha-Ching!$!$$! My poor old mum. Doesn't watch Fox anymore, but has nowhere else to go because they demonized Dems. LOL
The house and senate are the ones that voted to send troops into Iraq in the first place. If they are demanding answers now, then they are to blame. But the fact remains is, that our troops are there. Pulling them out after starting this is irresponsible brnging them home prematurely will cause destabalization to Iraq and possibly the region. We invaded Iraq, for right or for wrong will be debated long after I'm dead but I've always felt that when you start something you have to finsih it. Sometimes I feel that democrats want to pull troops back just becasue it opposes current policy. What is the rational behind pulling them back? Don't democrats feel a responsibility to clean up the mess we've made? What happenns when we pull out our troops and the bathists take over again, it might not happen, true, but it might. Are democrats willing to take responsibility if they do and the bathists kill everyone who supported the regime change? Does your hatred of the president take you so far that you are blinded by how much better Iraq has become despite the abysmal cost?

Bush wanted this war and yes both parties gave him that authority, right?
Now, we all was fooled by the lies that brought us to this point. We should do what is in the best interest of America now to resolve this mess.
I dont have the answers, as to what we should do now.
I do know that we cant just leave, but I think that if we would pay attention to what some of the Generals who were forced out are saying, then maybe a better outcome would be possible. What say you.
