PRESIDENT BUSH MAKES US A LAWLESS COUNTRY

Now's the time to pay close attention to the Republican party and how they have given King George a free ride in America to do as he please.

Tomorrow Sen. Feingold will introduce a resolution condemning the President's actions in authorizing the illegal wiretapping program and then misleading the country about the existence and legality of the program.

This resolution want get anywhere, because this Republican Congress and Senate protects the President, even when he brakes the Law.

The resolution states that The President’s illegal wiretapping program is in direct violation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). The FISA law makes it a crime to wiretap Americans in the United States without a warrant or a court order.

The President and this Administration decided to break the law and they have yet to give a convincing explanation of why their actions were necessary, appropriate, or legal. Passing more laws will not change the fact that the President broke the ones already in place and for that, Congress must hold him accountable.

Sen. Frist has already started to defend this President by stating that he was hoping deep inside that the leadership in Iran and other people who have the U.S. not in their best interest are not listening because of the terrible signal it sends.

The only signal this sends is that you are defending a President who has broken the law and we as Americans should demand that you Mr. Frist and other leaders do what you ask of us, when we as American citizens break the law.
