BUSH AND SECURITY CHIEF WARNED ABOUT KATRINA

Bush declared four days after the storm, "I don't think anybody anticipated the breach of the levees" that gushed deadly flood waters into New Orleans. But the transcripts and video show there was plenty of talk about that possibility - and Bush was worried too. Mississippi begged for more attention in that same briefing.

federal disaster officials warned President Bush and his homeland security chief before Hurricane Katrina struck that the storm could breach levees, put lives at risk in New Orleans' Superdome and overwhelm rescuers, according to confidential video footage.

Homeland Security officials have said the "fog of war" blinded them early on to the magnitude of the disaster. But the video and transcripts show federal and local officials discussed threats clearly, reviewed long-made plans and understood Katrina would wreak devastation of historic proportions.

He's also forgot about what we said about our ports. The Jerusalem Post notes that US law bars firms from complying with such requests or cooperating with attempts by Arab governments to boycott Israel. If you didn't know Mr. President, the UAE, still boycotts Israel.

The Last I heard US laws ban the participation by US nationals and companies in unsanctioned foreign government trade boycotts, especially the Arab League's boycott of Israel.

Let me stop getting ahead of myself and jump back to the first lie, I mean subject. Bush was told about what would happen in the Gulf States and he lied to us that he didn't know a thing.

Let me stop for a minute and let you watch and be the judge.

OK, what say you? Is Bush a liar to you now, you think?

This is what we've been saying to you Republicans/Conservatives for, I dont know how long and if you still refuse to accept the fact that he has been lying to us all along, then you really have a King George problem.

Look America, we are going down the drain with this President and his Administration.
I think we would do better if his wife took over the job of running the country.
I'm willing to bet that she would let old sharp shooter Cheney go and Ananias Karl Rove be hit by the door wher the good Lord split him.

I know that I'm dreaming, but folks just take a look at what is going on in this country with King George running things and lying about everything when something goes wrong.

Bush said that he would veto anything that comes his way about the UAE and the ports.
Critics note that two of the suicide hijackers involved in the attacks of September 11, 2001, came from the United Arab Emirates and that money for the plot was funneled through banks in Dubai, the banking hub of the Persian Gulf.

Dont he even know that there was no real investigation conducted during the 30-day period before they awarded the ports to the UAE?
I'm not trying to down this King, but anyone can see that he's in a state of denial and not all the Kings horses nor all the Kings men are going to put King George back on the strait and narrow again. We, the American people must do this by impeaching him before he cause anymore damage to our country.

The more Bush and his spin doctors talk the worse it gets. He never takes responsibility for anything and everyone just keeps passing the buck around and around. One good thing-nobody would dare harm Bush cause then we'd be stuck with Cheney. I just find it hard to believe that the American public continues to allow this to continue.

Hey, the sentence at the top of your page should end in "so let's try to", not "too". Although you shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition anyway.
